We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage appointments, provide requested digital-presence reviews or services, communicate about requests you submit, operate and secure our website, and understand and improve website performance. Appointment or customer-care SMS consent does not authorize promotional texts. Promotional texts require separate consent.

3. SMS Communications and Consent

The Advisor booking form presents an unchecked, optional SMS consent checkbox beside the phone field. If you choose it and submit the form, Premium Level Presence may send appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and customer-care replies about the appointment or digital-presence request you submitted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchase. Cold-call lead lists are not opted in through this form.

4. Sharing and Mobile Information

Premium Level Presence does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that support booking, customer care, website operations, or SMS delivery may process information on Premium Level Presence’s behalf to provide those services; they may not use SMS consent records for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or services.
